We are regulated by the FCA, and any advice complaints will be handled by the ombudsman, protected by the financial service compensation scheme, but we don’t think that’s enough.

We want to set the standard for expert advice, and make sure we keep it that way.

The OMA® Approval Guarantee

• Problem: Far too many people have the wrong idea that they’re not eligible, and don’t know who can help because there’s such a range in quality of advisors out there.
• Solution: We provide you with one of our channel-experts, experienced in and dedicated to the area of advice you need. We know this improves outcomes, and we’re so confident that we are prepared to put our money where our mouth is.
• Guarantee: We guarantee we’ll get you approved if it’s possible (based on the info you provide us with), and if we say no and another broker gets you approved, we pay you £100*

The OMA® Deal Beater Guarantee

• Problem: People get the wrong advice, settle for bad deals, and ultimately don’t know which mortgage is actually the best they could have ever got at the time.
• Solution: Our experts are incredibly experienced and will do everything they can to get you the best deal possible, and we also allow borrowers to play with our one-of-a-kind comparison tool, filtering mortgages to suit complex criteria to sense check the logic at any moment.
• Guarantee: We guarantee you the best deal you can get, and if another broker gets you approved for a better one (when those rates were available at the time), we’ll pay you £100*

The OMA® Same-Day Guarantee

• Problem: There’s always room for good advice and great deals, but sometimes you need it NOW. Going to a slow lender can mean a deal falls through, so when speed is important to you, sometimes it pays to pick the most efficient rather than the cheapest.
• Solution: Our experts know the current service levels of each lender, so can navigate around those who won’t get the job done in time.
• Guarantee: We guarantee you an AIP decision within 24 hours where it was possible (if you supply all relevant information). This is explicitly for express service customers and is subject to caveats around lender processing speed.
